What is the cost of exchanges and returns?

Exchange:

You pay the shipping costs yourself. You can bring the package to the post office.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you a different article, you can return the package via the post office using standard B post for Belgium

the cost of this is 6.75 euros we naturally reimburse this amount of shipping costs. In the Netherlands the rates of Post NL apply.

Returns:

You pay the shipping costs yourself. You can bring the package to the post office.

What do we not exchange and return?

  • Items no longer in original condition
  • Items you have more than 14 days in your home
  • Items used.
  • Damaged items

Exchange / return You first contact us and make the reason for exchange / return known to us, we agree with you the steps to take.

You are liable for the arrival of the package. So keep the delivery receipt carefully.

Once we have processed your package, we will notify you by email. We will refund the purchase price to your account within 30 days.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

We process your order with great care. Still, things can go wrong once in a while. Did you receive an item you did not order?

We will make sure you receive the correct article at no charge.

Do I have a warranty on an item?

If an item breaks unexpectedly, of course you can count on us. On all our items you will receive the supplier’s warranty. Before returning the item, please contact our customer service 011-446114

We are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We will cover the shipping costs if it turns out to be a production or technical error.

If an item becomes defective due to misuse, we are not liable
